The rental rates below work as follows when you rent a villa the weekly rate is what you pay total, the number of guest you have stay in it does not affect the price. If you rent a 3 bedroom villa you could have 2 guest in it or 6 guest in it the price remains the same. You can also bring your infants and they will bring in a crib and highchair for you at no charge.

No matter which accommodations you choose as our guest you will receive Free transportation from and back to POP ( Puerto Plata ) airport, Free one day tickets to Ocean World Aquatic Park one per person ( valued at $55.00 each ), And full VIP privileges throughout the resort, ( Golf Cart Guarentee you will receive one FREE golf cart with villa stays we do not charge a fee as others do for the golf cart ) We do not raise our rates for holidays and high demand winter season rates above are good all year.
Weekly rates are based on 7 night stay. You can stay any number of days you wish. For about the price of a cruise you can stay in a private villa with your own pool, golf cart, and maid in a all-inclusive resort. Above rates are for all seasons . Weeks can start any day and end any day of the week you would like
The accommodation size is guarenteed. Normally you will be given the size villa you book however it could happen that someone extends their stay or a large villa becomes unavailable . In such a case you would be given 2 villas in sizes to meet your parties needs. This however would be rare.
Plus All-Inclusive Fee ( this fee is charged by Lifestyle Holidays ) and is to be paid at time of check in at VIP member desk. This fee covers All of your meals and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). All restaurants on the resort as well as beach and poolside bars. By renting through a Platinum Supreeme member you receive top shelf brands as well as domestic brands.

Due to High Demand Villas are getting booked normally 3 to 6 months in advance for peek season use. We are already getting request for 2010 peek season, which we have plenty available. If you are interested in the Villas please try to book early I do my best to obtain villa availability at popular times of the year . There is a substantial number of Penthouses and Suites making them more available for short notice bookings. Even if you have a last minute need we will due our best to meet it.

Most sister resort stays will fall into the 2-bedroom Penthouse 1 bedroom Apartment and Junior Suite price range, there are not many resorts that offer Private Villa Stays.
Booking Process
First you contact us via e-mail with your accommodation preference and the time or dates you desire.
We will then check availability with resort and notify you of results.
Once availability is confirmed you should check with airlines to confirm flights are available for your desired dates of travel.
Then you let us know if you want to proceed with booking. If booking we will need names of guest traveling to resort, we will send rental agreement. you fill out and send back. We will also need your travel info so we can arrange pick up at airport. Once you arrive at resort you will need to contact VIP services via phone in room as to your return times for flight back home, this can be done at anytime during stay, transportation will be free of charge but you will need to verify times with them. We will also provide you with phone numbers and contacts for customer service as well as our cell phone numbers should you need further assistance. Its your Holiday and it should be smooth and enjoyable, and we will do our best to make it that way.
Then you will make payment usually via Paypal, we will verify payment then e-mail you a Conformation number from the resort, to be followed up buy mail conformation package. Then we guide you through check in process.

Soft Booking
Yes we can do what is known as a soft booking. Here is the process
First you contact us as to dates you desire, and the accommodations you desire.
We will then check availability with the resort and notify you of results.
Then you can have us soft book ( soft booking puts the unit on hold for a week or two ) you send no money during this time. It gives you time to check airfares and availability, and to check with others you want to travel with, you can use this time to contact resort to verify our ownership or any number of things you want to check out prior to making commitment to book.

You will also receive Free tickets and transportation to Ocean World for each guest valued at $55.00 each. You also get top priority booking of excursions,dining resurvations, and transportation. Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your trip, Please do as soon as possible. Generally speaking you can reschedule you trip at any time up to the planned check in date for a missed flight or last minute delay. If this happens call us or the resort , they will make the adjustments by shifting a day. For cancellations 30 days prior to arrival the adjustment will be made subject to availability for both parties. We fully understand life is unpredictable and adjustments have to be made sometimes.
Resort Cancellation Policy
Date Alterations.
Please find that once a booking has been confirmed you may if necessary make 2 date alterations to that booking. Unfortunately should a 3rd date alteration be requested our system will automatically cancel the booking. In order to make the 3rd date alteration and reinstate the booking a payment of a US$100 surcharge will be require before the date alteration can be made and confirmed.
Cancellation
Please note that different cancellation policies may apply during specific periods of time.
During the Low Season months (May, June, September, October) , cancellation policy is:
1 days prior to arrival after which the Service Fee of one night will be charged to your Credit Card. All cancellations prior to this will have the Service Fee accredited into your account on file for any future reservation you wish to make.
-During the High Season months (January, March, April, July, August, November), cancellation policy is:
2 days prior to arrival after which the Service Fee of one night will be charged to your Credit Card. All cancellations prior to this will have the Service Fee accredited into your account on file for any future reservation you wish to make.
-During the Peak Season months (December, February), cancellation policy is:
4 days prior to arrival after which the Service Fee of two nights will be charged to your Credit Card. All cancellations prior to this will have the Service Fee accredited into your account on file for any future reservation you wish to make
Should we not receive any notification of cancellation of this booking within 24 hours of your arrival you will forfeit the entire service fee paid.
